Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may vary according to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.

Where a free-shipping offer or free-shipping threshold is available, the applicable conditions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled through our own facilities or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination. Accordingly, the shipment origin may differ from the registered business address.

After an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Carrier tracking systems may require additional time before the first tracking event becomes visible.

Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an address error is discovered, please contact us as soon as possible. An address change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started or the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

If tracking has remained unchanged for an extended period, a parcel appears to be lost, or another delivery problem occurs, contact service@vorzenaro.com with the relevant order information.

We will review the available shipment and fulfillment records and work with the available carrier information to determine an appropriate solution.

A carrier status showing “Delivered” does not automatically prevent a delivery concern from being reviewed. Please contact us if you believe the parcel was not actually received.

Where import duties, taxes, or customs charges apply, the amount and responsibility may depend on the destination and applicable law.
