Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging where reasonably applicable.

Proof of purchase or the applicable order number is required.

Please provide your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and photographs or videos where relevant.

Please do not send a return to the business registration address unless customer support specifically instructs you to do so.

After a return request has been approved, the applicable return warehouse address and return instructions will be provided.

Preference-based returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, including a change of mind, style preference, or ordering the wrong size, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution will be provided without additional return cost to the customer where the issue is attributable to us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you require a different item, contact customer support. Depending on inventory and the circumstances, the applicable solution may involve returning the original item and placing a new order rather than a direct exchange.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Cancellation can only be accommodated before fulfillment or shipment when operationally possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the return policy applies.
