vorzenaro is owned and operated by Beijing Qiansi Technology Co., Ltd. The Owner is 马倩雯 (Ma QianWen).
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated standard delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery timing may vary according to destination, carrier operations, customs, weather, and other conditions.
How much is shipping?
Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before an order is submitted. Where a free-shipping offer or threshold is available, its applicable conditions are displayed on the website or at checkout.
Where does an order ship from?
Orders may be fulfilled through our own facilities or partner facilities depending on inventory and destination. The shipment origin may therefore differ from the registered business address.
Will tracking information be available?
Tracking information is provided where available after dispatch. Carrier systems may require additional time before the first tracking event appears.
Can an order be changed or cancelled?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
What condition must a returned item be in?
The item should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging where reasonably applicable.
Where should a return be sent?
Do not send returns to the registered business address unless customer support specifically instructs you to do so. After a return is approved, the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions will be provided.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description due to an issue attributable to us, an appropriate solution will be provided without additional return cost to the customer.
When will an approved refund be issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
